I’ve talked about Brazos Bend State Park outside of Needville Texas before on my water lily pictures, here and here. It truly is a unique part of Texas. It is covered in live oak trees and a large part of those trees are covered in Spanish moss, at least that’s what I’ve always heard it called. This is a scan of a 35mm photo, so it’s not as sharp as what I would have liked. Sorry about that.
The sunlight coming through the moss always gave me a peaceful feeling, which is why I’m posting this photo today. After yesterday I need a peaceful feeling.
