Enchanted Park Granite

Enchanted Park Granite Boulders 3 (1 of 1)-2

I’ve talked about the pink granite of Enchanted Park earlier in the week, I just loved them. The size of some of the boulders is amazing, there is actually a monolith of granite that rises 425 feet. I did not get to go to the top, but hope to return this spring, water collects on top and creates some reflecting pools. This post shows the size of some of the “loose” boulders. And to clarify when I was there the sky was very overcast, so I swapped the sky for one that was more appealing. I don’t really like to do that but since I won’t get to go back anytime soon, I felt it was justifiable. That’s my girlfriend on the right and she’s about 5’3″.
